Most platters are useful additions to the dinner or buffet table when serving a special meal or having a party, but some are so beautiful they are also works of art.  This one hangs on my dining room wall most of the time, it is 30cm in diameter, beautifully crafted and hand painted with abstract blue and grey dolphins.  Occasionally it comes off the wall and is used to serve sushi, sandwiches, petit fours and other delights.
